Quad is developed and operated by Andres Baez (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Quad mobile game.

Quad does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information.
The app does not use:

• Advertising or advertising identifiers
• Analytics or tracking technologies
• Location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access
• External servers or cloud databases
• Third-party data-collection SDKs
Information Stored on Your Device
Quad stores certain game settings locally on your device, including:
• Your chosen player name and avatar
• Game difficulty
• Selected game background
• Music and sound-effect settings
• Mute preferences
This information is used only to remember your choices and provide the game’s features. It is not transmitted to us or shared with third parties.
You can remove this locally stored information by deleting the app. You may also change applicable preferences from within the app.
Data Sharing
Because Quad does not collect or transmit personal information, we do not share personal information with third parties.
When you download or use Quad through Apple’s App Store, Apple may process information independently under Apple’s own privacy policies. We do not control Apple’s collection or processing of that information.
Children’s Privacy
Quad does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. Because the app does not transmit user information to us, we do not maintain personal information belonging to children.
Data Security and Retention
Game preferences remain locally on your device and are retained until you change them, reset the app’s data, or delete the app.
Although no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, Quad limits privacy risk by not transmitting these preferences to external servers.
Your Privacy Choices
Quad does not maintain user accounts or remotely stored personal information. Therefore, there is no server-based personal information for us to access, correct, or delete.
To remove locally stored game information, delete the app from your device.
